Abstract

In 2 Nephi 25:19, Nephi says that angel had previously revealed the name Jesus Christ. Evidence from the Original Manuscript suggests that Nephi was probably referring back to 1 Nephi 12:18, when the angel guiding him through his vision mentioned the "Jesus Christ, which is the Lamb of God."
