| Abstract | This article states that the Book of Mormon fulfills prophecies of Isaiah. The phrase “marvelous work and a wonder” (used by both Isaiah and Nephi) has a three-fold meaning: the true gospel of Jesus Christ would be restored, the covenants the Lord made with the children of Israel would be fulfilled, and the records of the ancient American people would be given to all of the world. |
