Blessings for the Righteous (57:13b–21)
The Lord |
13But he who takes refuge in Me will possess the land |
Isaiah |
14And He will say, |
The Lord |
“Build up, prepare the way; |
Isaiah |
15For thus says the High and Lofty One, who inhabits eternity, |
The Lord |
“I dwell in the high and holy place and with the contrite and lowly in spirit, 16For I will not contend forever, because the spirit would grow faint before Me, 17I was angry at the iniquity of his covetousness. I smote him, hiding, and I was angry, 18I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; 19creating the fruit of the lips. |
