| Abstract | This is a reprint of an article in the Deseret News that reprints portions from the Richmond Democrat of January 26. David Whitmer, the last of the Three Witnesses, told how he saw the plates and other objects. The article also reprints his last testimony of the Book of Mormon, recorded shortly before his death. |
